Departments and organisation

Telelogos is a national company on a human scale that does everything possible to satisfy its customers and partners by offering comprehensive, reliable and powerful solutions tailored to each project, in respect with its quality process.

Research and Development Department

The R&D service creates all our software. And thanks to its highly qualified engineers they insure the ongoing development on the complete range of Telelogos products: MediaTransfer, MediaContact and Media4Display.

Customer Technical Support Department

The Customer Technical Support (CTS) assures a service in French and English, whether it’s "Before Sales" support (onsite support, through a Web conference), or after sales support (with our Hot-Line, Auditing, and Onsite technical assistance). The CTS also assures our product training for clients and partners.

Sales Department

The Commercial Service depends on our network of partners and its proximity in the field, allowing it to be always present to support our clients, all this while accompanying our commercial partners in their actions with their prospective clients.

Administration and Finance Department

The administration and financial service regroups sales administration and accounting, it assures financial follow-up, and accompanies commercial projects.

Marketing & Communication Department

The Marketing and Communication takes charge of product strategy, it accompanies project innovation. It makes sure that Telelogos is ever present in the markets, whether in France or internationaly, keeping up to date on the factual events in IT and accompanying its partners and clients.

Quality manager

The quality manager is responsible for the respect of the quality process in the whole company.
