Quality Process

We were ISO 9001:1994 certified in 1998 and became ISO 9001:2000 certified for its quality control system in 2002.

The certificate was awarded by the AFAQ (French Quality Assurance Association) and the IC Net (The International Certification Network) for our activities in software design and development, and related services (training, installation, and telephone support).

We conduct regular satisfaction surveys among our customers and distributors and invites our customers to regularly share their level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction through satisfaction surveys.

We qualify the efficency of our quality system very often, with indicators, like quality indicators.
