The « Referenced Partner Contract » guarantees a financial and commercial relation between the Partner and Telelogos. Referenced Partners dispose of Sales Help tools, and have access to information in order to be efficient and capable in front of their clients/prospective clients.

Contract validity: 1 year renewable.

In option with this contract, you can subscribe a Partner Assistance Contract, that allows you to have illimited hot-line support (opening hours in France), as well as patches for the installed version.

You can have a Certified Partner Contract:

Certified Partner Contract

The « MediaContact Certified Partner » or « MediaTransfer Certified Partner » contract guarantees financial, commercial, and technical relations between the Partners and Telelogos. Certified Partners invest in the training and certification of their technical personnel, they benefit from free access to our telephone support and numerous other advantages.

Contract validity: 1 year renewable.

On option with this contract, you can subscribe to a special maintenance contract to integrate into your services offer our patches or updated versions of our products.

User Support Contract

Allows you to benefit from unlimited access to our hotline in order to obtain help or support using our software, as well as patches for the installed version.

Contract validity: 1 year renewable

Software Follow-up Contract

Allows you to benefit to all services included in the User Support Contract, but also access to all minor versions (patches) and major verions (upgrades) or our software.

Contract validity: 1 year renewable.
