Governance and Social

Telelogos’ performance relies on the skills and motivation of its employees, as well as their ability to work as a team. The company ensures respect for its employees and proper compliance with labor laws, while fostering an atmosphere conducive to team cohesion and personal development. Telelogos has built a company culture based on transparency and ethics, bringing together multiple generations.

Employee Engagement: A profit-sharing agreement is available to all employees, who also contribute to updating the company’s strategic plan. Telelogos opened its capital to employees in 2019, 2021, and 2024.

Workplace well-being: Telelogos monitors employee satisfaction through an annual anonymous survey and has implemented a remote work charter. Office spaces have been redesigned to foster collaboration, including relaxation areas and sports facilities. The company encourages both physical activity and commuting by bicycle.

Ethics: Telelogos employs its staff on permanent contracts (CDI), does not outsource its R&D, and prohibits forced labor and child labor. The company ensures respect for human rights and promotes gender equality.

Economic Activities

Telelogos conducts its economic activities in strict compliance with laws and professional best practices, with a zero-tolerance policy for corruption. The company prohibits any promise or gift of value intended to influence and ensures confidentiality of both internal and external information. Relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers are formalized through fair contracts, prioritizing local suppliers who adhere to Telelogos’ principles. The company ensures the avoidance of conflicts of interest and maintains full transparency in both its internal and external operations.

Environment

Based in Angers, home to the French Agency for Environmental and Energy Management (ADEME), Telelogos is committed to reducing its environmental footprint. Telelogos solutions help users reduce their ecological footprint and improve their carbon balance.

Reducing Telelogos’ carbon footprint: The company has invested in a video conferencing solution and integrated Microsoft Teams to reduce business travel. Most support operations are handled remotely, and employee travel is primarily by public transportation. Telelogos has implemented waste sorting, next-generation heating/cooling systems, and an active policy for recycling electronic equipment.

Reducing clients’ carbon footprint: Telelogos solutions help companies optimize the use of their equipment, reducing energy consumption. This includes data request optimization, equipment runtime management, and preventive maintenance integration. The solutions also promote awareness of sustainable development, reduce paper usage, and encourage inclusion by facilitating access to information for all employees.

Aware of the environmental impact of digital technology (3% of global greenhouse gas emissions), Telelogos has naturally chosen to commit to this cause by becoming a signatory of the Planet Tech’Care initiative.

Planet Tech’Care aims to create momentum among stakeholders committed to eco-responsible digital practices, unite expertise to move from commitment to action, create open-source and open-data shared resources, and position itself at the European level.
